If you own a scanner designing album pages will become even simpler. With Stamp Album Studio you can scan several stamps at the same time and place them onto your page immediately. By using the function 'Scan and analyze' you no longer have to measure the sizes of the stamps yourself. Stamp Album Studio will do this for you automatically! Also, you do not need an external program to scan images. Stamp Album Studio integrates these tasks in one software package!
The function 'Scan and analyze' can perform the following tasks for you:
- Scan several stamps at the same time
- Separate stamps automatically
- Straighten stamps automatically
- Measure the sizes of the stamps that are scanned automatically
- Draw a stamp frame automatically
Example
The following example shows how easy it is to scan a series of stamps and immediately position them onto a page.
Therefore, you place the stamps on the glass plate of your scanner. You do not have to place the stamps completely straight. Stamp Album Studio will do this for you automatically! Then you start the function 'Scan and analyze'. The scan looks like this:

After scanning the scan will be analyzed immediately. During this phase the stamps will separated and straightened automatically. The stamps will be placed onto a toolbar:

Then you can edit the images of the stamp manually. Therefore you double click on one of the stamps. The following screen will be shown:

By using this screen you can perform the following actions:
- Crop a stamp
- Rotate a stamp
- Grayscale a stamp
Also you can read the size of the stamp and what the size of the stamp frame will be.
Next you can drag the stamps with the mouse from the toolbar onto your album page. A frame will be drawn around the stamp automatically:

Finally you can use the Align Wizard to position the stamps neatly:
